- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receipt
- Return shipping will be arranged if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

- Items purchased during clearance/sale (unless defective)
- Ayurvedic powders and ingestible items (for safety & hygiene), unless damaged or wrong item received
